Founder’s Profile
Kerelous George Estfanous, PT, CLT is the Founder and Chief Executive of ILI – International Lymphatic Innovations. He is also the Co-Founder and Medical Director of ILC (International Lymphatic Centers), one of the largest specialized networks in the Middle East for lymphedema, lipedema, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
With over 15 years of hands-on clinical experience, Mr. Estfanous has personally treated and supervised tens of thousands of patients across Egypt, the Gulf region, and Europe, making him one of the most experienced certified lymphedema therapists in the region. His daily practice includes 50–60 post-liposuction and post-cancer rehabilitation cases, giving him unparalleled insight into real-world clinical challenges and patient needs.
He is an international lecturer, having delivered talks and workshops in global conferences across Europe, North America, and the MENA region. His work has been recognized through published books, international collaborations, and invited presentations, establishing him as a bridge between clinical practice and innovation.
As Founder of ILI, he leads the strategic vision of integrating clinical expertise, innovative product design, and research-driven education to redefine the standards of lymphatic care worldwide.
